Manila, Philippines.The trece team had an ethnographic experience of riding the MRT prone to malfunctions during rush hour. Producer jay Oliva was an eyewitness to MRT’s break down. There was also a news report in 2018 where MRT 3 broke down more than 500 times in 2017.
